Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Your data is removed within 7 days. You can cancel the request during that period by logging back in.
How do I report someone?
In any conversation, tap the toolbar menu and select Report. You can also report from someone's profile. Every report is reviewed by our team.
How do I block someone?
In any conversation, tap the toolbar menu and select Block. Blocking is immediate. They will not be able to see your profile or contact you.
Why can I not see photos?
Photos on Heard are locked behind mutual consent. Neither person sees the other's photos until both agree to share. This is by design.
How do I cancel Heard+?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Heard+ > Cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Heard is not available in my area
Heard launches city by city. If we are not in your area yet, join the waitlist and we will email you when we launch near you. The more people who request your area, the sooner we come.
I am having a technical issue
Email support@heardapp.co with a description of the issue and what device you are using. Screenshots help. Heard also uses Sentry for crash and error diagnostics so we can investigate reliability issues faster.
We typically respond within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, we respond as fast as possible.
